Roger Squire graduated from Madison La Follette High School in 1968. While at Madison Tech, Roger starred in basketball and in 1970 was honored with the school's most prestigious student award which is the District Four Board Sportsperson of the Year Award.
In 1970, Roger received his associate degree in Computer Programming and after graduation was a programmer/analyst for General Casualty Insurance and became the senior programmer analyst for the Central Soyia Company in Ft. Wayne, Indiana. He and his wife Linda, who is a graduate of the MATC Dental Hygiene Program, have three children, Brock, Alyssa and Dustin.
