Kent Adler is a 1969 graduate of Waunakee High School. At MATC he was a member of the 1970-72 basketball and baseball teams. After his second season with the basketball team, Adler was the MATC career assists, and also the team captain.

Kent Adler was employed by the Department of Natural Resource as a Fleet Operations Specialist. He was an active community member in his hometown of Waunakee, and commissioner of men's basketball. He was the commissioner of boys flag football and the president of Waunakee Home Talent baseball team and Waunakee boys baseball program. In 1988 he was named Waunakee's Sportsperson of the Year. Adler has been a prominent football and baseball referee in the Madison area.

Kent resides in Waunakee, WI with his wife Linda.
