Randy Wyss, a 1973 graduate of the Monroe High School was an outstanding wrestler at Madison Tech at the 167 weight class during the 1973-74 and 1974-75 seasons. He won the MATC invitational twice and in his second year, was named the team's Most Valuable Wrestler. His second year (74-75) he was a WJCAA All-State, NJCAA All-Region, and NJCAA All-American wrestler after his sixth place finish at the NJCAA National Wrestling Tournament. He was MATC's first All-American and still holds several school records including Most Falls.
Randy graduated from MATC in 1976 from the Auto Tech Program and was in a partnership with his father farming in Monroe. Randy now runs the family farm, that has been in the Wyss name since 1880, with his wife Pam and their daughters.
