PHOENIX, ARIZ. - The Madison College baseball team will throw its first pitch on the 2016 season today in Arizona when the #2 WolfPack take on Paradise Valley Community College. The Pumas are receiving votes in the NJCAA Division II poll. The game begins at 4:00 p.m. Central Time.
 
Madison College then takes on Scottsdale Community College in successive days, the second of which will be a seven-inning contest to be followed by a matchup with Dakota County Technical College (MN) for a Saturday doubleheader. Those three game will be played in Scottsdale.
 
Following a day off on Sunday, the 'Pack returns to the diamond Monday at Glendale Community College. Tuesday features another twin bill, this time against Central Arizona College in Coolidge, Arizona.
 
On paper, Wednesday's game against Seminole State might be the most challenging of the trip. The Trojans are currently the #12 team in the NJCAA Division I poll. Madison College will wrap up their trip with doubleheaders against Williston State College (ND) and Gateway Community College on Thursday and Friday, respectively.
