The #7 nationally ranked Madison College Women's Volleyball team earned their fourteenth win of the season on Thursday night with a three-game sweep of the visiting College of DuPage Chaparrals.  The game had even more significance as the win was head coach Toby Parker's 200th collegiate victory.

Parker's 200th win makes him the first Madison College women's volleyball coach to achieve this feat.  Parker is the winningest coach in program history with an overall record of 200 wins and 64 losses.  His teams are consistently ranked in the top ten in the country and have done very well against state and regional competition in his seven years at the college.

On Thursday night, the WolfPack got off to a rocky start but managed to win the first game 25-19.  The team got things going in the second game, cruising to a 25-8 win.  In the third and final game the WolfPack put the match away winning 25-18.  With the victory, the WolfPack improved to 6-2 in N4C conference play.

Morgan Ellickson led the WolfPack in digs with 12, followed closely by teammate Terissa Bierd with 11.  Bierd also posted a game high 13 kills to go with her game high four aces.  Alexis Semrow had 18 assists and two aces in the win.

The WolfPack will be in action again on Tuesday, October 2 against Milwaukee Area Technical College at home at 6:00 PM.
