Toby Parker

Hired in the spring of 2005, Toby Parker has amassed an impressive 186-60-1 (.753) overall record. In his seventh season as head women’s volleyball coach his team finished with an overall record of 22-13 record. The team finished 6-6 in the talent laden North Central Community College Conference that saw two N4C schools finish in the top ten in the NJCAA DIII poll at seasons end.

Parker came to Madison College with a wealth of coaching experience at both the high school and USA Volleyball Junior Olympic level. In the sixteen years prior to Madison College, he compiled a 187-120 (.609) record as a high school coach, as well as a 240-89 (.729) record at the Junior Olympic level. His athletes and teams achieved success at conference, state and national levels.

During his high school coaching career, Parker produced thirty-four high school all-conference players, six conference players-of-the-year award winners and sent over thirty of his former players on to compete at the collegiate level. Parker has also seen three of his former players become NCAA All-Americans. Parker founded the Performance Volleyball Club in 1998, which now has programs established in Wisconsin, Iowa and Illinois.

Coach Parker is a former indoor Open club player and a professional outdoor player, competing on both the Eastern Volleyball Association tour as well as the Midwest Volleyball Professionals tour. Parker was born and raised in Madison, WI. He currently lives in Verona, WI with his wife, Holly, their daughter, Grace and triplets, Emma, Chloe and Cody. In addition to coaching at Madison College, Parker owns his own business, Performance Sports Group.
