Madison College freshman
Dani Latz has been named to the NJCAA Region 4 All-Region Team as a second team selection. She becomes the 47th all-region honoree in program history and the first under head coach
Angel Whetstone.
Latz, a native of Bloomer, Wisconsin, keyed a ten-win turnaround for the WolfPack by leading the team with in several statistical categories. She averaged 14.1 points per game, scoring in double-figures in 22 games with seven contests at 20 or more points. The 5'10" forward reeled in 11.9 rebounds per game, ranking third in the region and seventh in NJCAA Division II. The rebounds contributed to Latz' 19 total double-doubles on the season. Latz also led Madison College with 2.1 steals and 1.5 blocks per game.
Latz enjoyed season bests of 23 points and 19 rebounds, the latter of which ranks tied for sixth in program history for a single game. Her 318 total rebounds marks the fifth best single-season mark in team history, while her 44 blocks are 11th in school history for a single season.
