Box Score The #1 ranked NJCAA Division III Madison College Women's Volleyball team extended their winning streak to 22 games with a win over one of the NJCAA Division II's top teams, #6 ranked McHenry County College. The WolfPack and Scots traded sets until Madison College pulled out the fifth set 15-9 for the match victory.
McHenry County College won the first and the third sets (25-23, 25-20) while the 'Pack won the second and fourth sets (25-16, 25-17) before the deciding game. Madison College had a .204 hitting percentage, producing 43 kills. Sixteen of those kills came from
TeAnn Harms who led the way for the 'Pack. The Scots, Maddy Cysewski, had a game-high 26 kills as McHenry posted 54 kills to Madison College's 43 kills.
The 'Pack led in blocks 11-6 as second year starter,
Allie Lehner, recorded a team-high eight blocks. Former Mukwonago standout,
Andrea Bauer, had a team high 24 digs to go with her two aces while teammate and setter,
Brianne Brueggen, dished out 31 assists.
The impressive 3-2 victory pushed the WolfPack Women's Volleyball record to 25-4 overall. Madison College will be in action at home on Monday, October 26 versus Clarke University JV starting at 6:00 p.m. Monday's game will be the last regular season game for the WolfPack.
