2016 - Selected as NJCAA First Team All-American... named N4C Player of the Year... earned first team all-conference and all-region honors, as well as Region IV All-Tournament Team accolades.

2015 - Started 33 of the 35 matches played in and helped Madison College to a 30-5 record... was second on the team in kills as a freshman, finishing with 279 total, a 2.34 kill per set average, and a .186 attack percentage... showing her versatility, Bauer was one of the top servers on the team with 32 aces and was second with 370 digs... registered 25.0 blocks and 14 assists... earned first team all-conference (N4C) honors in helping the WolfPack to a fourth straight league title.

High School/Personal - Four-year participant and three-time letter winner as libero in volleyball for Mukwonago High School… named team MVP her junior and senior seasons, team Defensive Player of the Year her sophomore, junior, and senior seasons... earned all-conference (Classic 8) and Classic 8 Conference Co-Player of the Year her senior season… her Mukwonago volleyball team went 34-6 her senior season… Mary Pocius - high school volleyball coach… Liberal Arts major… born August 27, 1997… Daughter of Rick and Laura Bauer… father, Rick, played baseball at UW-River Falls... one sister, Kayla (22).
