Box Score 1 | Box Score 2 Make it four straight wins and a regular season sweep of Joliet Junior College for the Madison College softball team. Tuesday, hosting the Wolves, the WolfPack won back-to-back games by scores of 7-5 and 8-3.

Game one; it was the Paige Giese and Megan Hanke show for Madison College. Both players finished with three RBI on the day for the WolfPack. Giese had RBI singles in the first and fifth innings, but Madison College still found itself down 4-3 entering the sixth.

Hanke turned the tide in favor of the WolfPack with one swing of the bat. Her bases-clearing double brought in Andrea Lawrence, Brianna Wagner and Kasey Gutmzer, resulting in a 6-4 Madison College lead. Giese would score Hanke immediately afterward, hitting a single to center to score the run.

Bridget Jost (6-5) would pick up the victory for the 'Pack. Jost threw all seven innings, striking out 10 batters, while allowing just six hits and three earned runs.

Game two, Madison College picked up right where they left off. The team would score five runs in the opening three innings, more than they'd need to eventually pick up the win.

Karlie Ganzer gave the WolfPack a 2-1 lead with a single to right in the first. The hit scored Paige Giese and Megan Hanke. Madison College would add to their lead, scoring three more runs in the third.

Michelle Francois doubled to left to bring in Nicole Hoffmann and Karlie Ganzer. Then, the very next batter, Austann Abbott would single to center to score Francois. The WolfPack lead was 5-1 after three innings.

In the fifth inning, leading 6-2, Madison College would collect two more runs. Francois had another RBI single, scoring Hoffmann, and Hailey Simpson singled to center to bring in Francois.

Paige Weber (5-8) got credit for the game two win. Weber pitched all seven innings, striking out seven, while giving up eight hits and two earned runs.
