The Madison College men's basketball team will find out where they truly stand in the NJCAA Division III landscape Tuesday evening. The WolfPack is set to host second-ranked Rochester Community & Technical College beginning at 7:00 p.m.
So far this season, Madison College is 5-1, with their lone loss coming in their last game at Elgin Community College, 67-75. Meanwhile, the Yellowjackets are 4-0, beating Milwaukee Area Technical College last Friday, 67-56.
Both squads average more than 80 points per game, with Rochester scoring 84 to the WolfPack's 81. Three players average double figures in scoring for the Yellowjackets, Justyn Galloway leading the way with 18 a game.
Madison College did manage to grab a win over an NJCAA Division I opponent earlier this season. The WolfPack beat Sauk Valley Community College at home last Wednesday, 71-64. Prior to their loss to the WolfPack, the Skyhawks had beaten the NJCAA's top-ranked division III squad in Rock Valley College.
