First WolfPack women's soccer season ends

Box Score The inaugural Madison College women's soccer season has drawn to a close. This afternoon, playing in the NJCAA Region IV semifinals, the WolfPack lost at College of DuPage 3-0.

As she was for the Chaparrals in the team's first two meetings with Madison College, Angela Toritto was the biggest factor in the DuPage win. Toritto scored two first half goals this time out, coming in the fourth and 43rd minute, to give the Chaparrals a comfortable lead going into the break.

Ashley Falco scored the only other goal of the game in the 69th minute, resulting in the 3-0 final.

Despite the loss, Madison College goalie Stephanie Myszkowski was fabulous in net for the WolfPack. Myszkowski made 19 saves in the game, nearly one-third of how many she had made on the year.

Madison College ends their first-ever season with a 5-7-2 overall record, including a 6-5-1 mark in North Central Community College Conference (N4C) play.
