The WolfPack soccer team is gearing up to go head-to-head with Kishwaukee College at 12 p.m. on Saturday. The game will take place on Kishwaukee's home turf, Malta, Ill.
The team has suffered a few tough losses this season, but they haven't let that bring them down. "Right off the bat, everybody had good chemistry," said freshman forward
Marcos Meneses in a recent interview. "I think that a good team should be able to get along with each other both in the field and off the field."
The game against National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) DI Kishwaukee won't be an easy one, but head coach
Cory Sims feels that the team is up for the challenge. "We have a lot of players, good foot skills, quick passing, good awareness, and a lot of creativity," he said.
After this weekend's game, the WolfPack will hit their home turf on Sunday, Sept. 29 to play against Anoka-Ramsey Community College at 1 p.m.
