Box Score They battled until the end, but the Madison College men's basketball team was outmatched Wednesday at Sauk Valley Community College. Visiting the Skyhawks, the WolfPack was doubled up in a 49-98 loss.
The biggest difference in the game was the offensive production, with Madison College hitting at just a 26 percent clip from the floor, while Sauk Valley shot an impressive 62 percent. The Skyhawks had four players finish in double figures scoring wise. Sauk Valley also outrebounded Madison 51-35.
Despite the loss, the WolfPack saw
Xavier Robinson and
Nathan Scheeter have some success offensively. The two players each scored 12 apiece for Madison College.
The WolfPack (0-3) will look for their first victory of the season Monday, Nov. 18 when they host Fox Valley Technical College. Tipoff is set for 7:30 p.m.
