WolfPack Men Fall in Conference Opener

The Madison College Men's Basketball team ran into a tough Triton College team on their home floor on Tuesday night.  The WolfPack trailed by 14 points at halftime and fell behind by 29 points in the second half as Triton cruised to a 88-66 win over the visiting WolfPack.

Corey Yahnke had a game-high 26 points before fouling out.  First year forward, Tyler Kowalkowski, from Stoughton, WI, pitched in with 14 points on 4-for-9 shooting from beyond the arc.  While the WolfPack won the turnover battle they were outrebounded 47-34 and shot just under 35% from the field for the game.

The loss pushed the WolfPack Men's record to 5-8 and 0-1 in conference play.  The will be in action on Saturday, January 8 at home against Wilbur Wright College.
