Madison College split a pair of nine-inning games with Harper College at Robin Roberts Field on  April 10. The WolfPack dropped the first game 7-2 and won the second 9-8.

The WolfPack took a 2-0 lead to the top of the seventh inning where Harper College tied it up with two unearned runs. The Hawks used a five-run ninth inning to pull away from the WolfPack. In the bottom of the ninth, Madison College was unable to get on the board and fell in the ninth inning. It was their first home loss of the season. George Heller lasted all nine innings for Harper College. The WolfPack were only able to muster two hits off Heller in the final six innings of the game.

The WolfPack found some redemption in the second game of the doubleheader. In the 9-8 victory they outhit the Hawks 16-15. Justin Scanlon put the WolfPack on the board with a two-RBI double down the left field line in the third inning.

In the bottom of the seventh inning, the WolfPack were looking for some late heroics, trailing Harper College 6-5. Scanlon started the inning off with a single and a stolen base to get into scoring position. He was able to tie the game up two batters later on a Kyle Van Abel single up the middle.

Kevin Wild recorded the final out in the eighth inning and left two Hawks stranded in the ninth inning to give the WolfPack an opportunity to win the game in the bottom of the ninth inning.

Garrett Novinski started off the ninth inning with a double, followed by a Kyle van Abel bunt to put men on the corners. John Perszyk was walked to load the bases for Kendall Frank. The game ended in a walk-off fashion with Frank getting the game-winning RBI after getting hit by a pitch.

Tyler Jones gave up a run for the first time this season, but still threw out a good performance. He went six innings and struck out seven batters.
