Leo Kalinowski won three consecutive NJCAA Division III National Championships, earning DIII Coach of the Year honors each time. He was also a seven-time NJCAA Region XIII Coach of the Year winner and a 2007 Hall of Fame inductee. Steve Hauser earned NJCAA Region XIII Coach of the Year accolades in his only season as coach. Mike Davenport has 14 NJCAA Division II World Series appearances, including a record seven straight. He has been named NJCAA Region XIII/4 Coach of the Year 16 times and North Central Community College Conference Coach of the Year on eight occasions. Davenport surpassed 1,000 career junior college wins in 2022 and 1,100 career wins in 2024.

Scot Vesterdahl picked up the rest of the '96-97 campaign (19 games), and later earned five WJCAA Coach of the Year awards and one N4C Co-Coach of the Year honor. He was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 2016. Kegler was named N4C Coach of the Year in 2018. Roy Boone coached six games during the 2021-22 season and posted a 2-4 record.

games. In his three years at the helm, Steve Bentin qualified for three NJCAA Division III National Tournaments, finishing runner-up once. He was a two-time WJCAA Coach of the Year and the NJCAA Region XIII Coach of the Year once. Jessica Pelzel led Madison College to its only NJCAA Division III National Championship in 2009-10, and twice more returned the team to the national tournament. She has also been named WJCAA Coach of the Year twice and NJCAA Region XIII/IV Coach of the Year three times. Heeren was named the WBCA Junior College Women's Coach of the Year in 2018.
