CHANDLER & MESA, ARIZ. - In an effort to make-up some of the lost games from the March 7 rain out that opened the Madison College baseball team's annual Arizona Spring Trip, the #8-ranked WolfPack embarked on a unique doubleheader Wednesday that took them to two different locations. The day opened with a lopsided 12-2 victory over Chandler-Gilbert Community College in a make-up game on the Coyotes home field, and it closed 14 miles to the north with a 2-0 loss against GateWay Community College at Gene Autry Park, the former spring training home of the Los Angeles Angels.

Nowak followed Rozinski-Hicks' triple with a two-bagger, Marion drove in Nowak with a sac fly, and Johannes doubled home Gellings with a fly ball to center field.
A four-run fifth pushed the differential to 10-1. Rozinski-Hicks and Gellings each produced a run-scoring single, and Marion capped the frame with a two-RBI triple to center. The team's third and fourth triples of the game came in succession to lead off the top of the seventh, with Marion's second bringing home Gellings.
