Join us June 18, 2025, at The Oaks Golf Course for a fun day of golf to support student scholarships, program enhancements

A Message from Madison College Redsten Golf Committee:

The 28^th Annual Redsten Golf Classic, originally scheduled for tomorrow (Tuesday, May 20), is being rescheduled for Wednesday, June 18th due to tomorrow's temperatures hovering around the upper 30s and rain in the forecast for the entire day. If you are unable to attend on the 18th, the Oaks will provide a voucher for 18 holes; however, we hope many will be able to make it, including those registered for Doug's Backyard Social & Dinner. If you registered for Doug's Backyard Social & Dinner and cannot make the rescheduled date, please contact us. We will also open up registration so those who could not make tomorrow's event can register for the June 18th event.

Mark your calendars for the 28th Annual Redsten Golf Classic on ~~Tuesday, May 20~~, at The Oaks Golf Course. The Redsten Golf Classic honors the memory of Doug Redsten, who devoted 30 years to students and alumni as a teacher, coach, and administrator. Proceeds from the event help fund student scholarships and program enhancements throughout the college, including athletics and fitness, wellness, & recreation.

New in 2025 will be the introduction of early-bird registration pricing, saving individuals and foursomes $10 per player before May 1. The event has also rebranded the bags tournament into Doug's Backyard Social, which will feature an array of backyard games for non-golfers to enjoy socially.

Your registration includes one of the following:

18-holes of golf at The Oaks Golf Course (4740 Pierceville Road, Cottage Grove, WI), a lunch, green fees, cart w/gps, and dinner
One hour or more of fun with backyard games, followed by dinner

(NOTE: Individuals do not need to register for both golf and the backyard social... Only one.)

Register now and choose your foursome. Registration will close on Wednesday, June 11.
