JOLIET, ILL. - A shake-up in the starting lineup resulted in a 92-56 road win over Joliet Junior College, as the Madison College men's basketball team received 55 points from its bench en route to snapping a two-game losing streak. The WolfPack drained 14 three-pointers and saw all 11 players score as they swept the regular season series with the Wolves for the first time since joining the North Central Community College Conference ahead of the 2009-10 season.

Parker Sigmon their first career starts, and the WolfPack took control of the game early. Madison College owned a 38-26 lead by halftime, then dominated the second half by a 54-30 margin to earn the 36-point victory.
Madison College shot 46% (37-81) from the floor, including a 14 for 36 (39%) effort from long range, while holding Joliet Junior College (3-18, 0-7) to 28% (21-74) shooting overall and an 11 for 35 (31%) mark outside the arc. The team combined to go 7 for 12 at the free throw line. The visitors also dominated the glass with a 52-27 edge in rebounds and a 17-0 advantage in second chance points.
Freshman
Adam Anhold came off the bench to lead the WolfPack with a 16-point, 15-rebound performance for his fourth double-double of the season. The 15 boards are a career-best for the former Janesville Craig High School athlete. Anhold has been the team's top scorer in nine games this season and is averaging a team-high 17.7 points per game.
Sophomore guard
Nathaniel Buss was the lone starter in double-figures with 13 points after hitting three 3-pointers, giving him a dozen makes from distance in the past three contests.
First year guard
Earl Lewis added 12 points off the bench to mark his second straight game with a double-digit point total. He also made three triples, as did
Alex Easterday and
Bryce Moore to reach their individual totals of nine points. Six different players scored between six and nine points for Madison College.
Sean Suchomel had eight points, seven rebounds, and a team-high four assists.

Madison College (11-9, 5-3) was scheduled to return home after four consecutive road games, however, forecasted severe cold temperatures has postponed the Wednesday, January 30 game against Rock Valley College (15-4, 6-2) to Monday, February 11 at 7:30 p.m. The WolfPack will return to action on Saturday, February 2 at Harper College (3-19, 2-5). The WolfPack defeated the Hawks
93-57 earlier this month to pick up its seventh win in the last nine meetings between the two programs. Madison College leads the all-time series 13-10. Game time is at 3:00 p.m in Palatine, Illinois.
