The Madison College men's and women's basketball teams are excited to announce the addition of two youth basketball organizations as featured guests for upcoming games when the calendar flips to 2017. Players and coaches of North East Side Youth Basketball (NESYB) will be on-hand for the WolfPack's doubleheader against Milwaukee Area Technical College on Wednesday, January 11, while the showstopping performers of the Little Badgers will be on-hand when the 'Pack plays host to Harper College on Wednesday, January 18.
NESYBÂ Night will feature the many youth teams that comprise the Madison-based organization that has provided basketball opportunities for over 20 years. The players will wear their team uniforms and receive free admission. They will also show off their improving skills during halftime of both the men's and women's games.
The Little Badgers are renowned for their showmanship and ball-handling performances! Consisting of boys in sixth grade or younger from throughout southern Wisconsin, the Little Badgers are an invitation-only team that learns choreographed dribble routines and often performs at halftime of University of Wisconsin men's basketball games at the Kohl Center. They will execute the same routine and intricate dribbling moves at halftime of the men's game against the Hawks.
General admission tickets are $4 for adults ages 18 and up, while students (ages 11-17) are $2. Children (ages 10 and under) and Madison College students and staff with a valid OneCard receive free admission.
