In their penultimate match of the regular season, the Madison College men's soccer team dropped a tightly contested defensive contest by a 1-0 final to Triton College on Wednesday, October 7 in River Grove, IL. The match marked just the second time this season the WolfPack were shutout, and the first time in nine matches.

John Arendt made five saves against six shots on goal to help keep his team in the game. The WolfPack offense was limited to eight total shots, with just one being on net. The lone goal in the game came less than eight minutes into the first half.
The WolfPack will conclude the regular season on the road MATC-Milwaukee on Friday, October 9. It's a 4:00 p.m. start in Milwaukee, where Madison College eyes a season sweep of their in-state rival.
