The Madison College men's soccer team picked up a resounding 8-0 blanking of in-state rival MATC-Milwaukee on Friday, October 9 in Milwaukee, putting a celebratory cap on the 2015 regular season. The win places the WolfPack's regular season record at 7-5-2 overall and 5-4-1 in N4C action, good for third in the league standings.
Goaltender
John Arendt needed just two saves to earn his fourth shutout of the season. Offensively, five players registered goals for Madison College.
Vincenzo Pipitone,
Sean Kim, and
Christian Munoz each scored two goals. The remaining goals were punched in by
Diego Lavariega and
Yacouba Koita. Pipitone, along with Alfredo Ramirez-Pinh,
Donovan Brendler,
Chris Dadds, and
Bobby Beaudet, all contributed with assists. The WolfPack's assault on the net included 31 total shots, 16 of which were on goal, compared to two total shots for MATC-Milwaukee.

Cory Sims will now wait to find out who and where they will play in the NJCAA Division III Region IV Tournament quarterfinals on Saturday, October 17. The pairings will be released Wednesday, October 14, with the highest seeds to host each match.
