They're officially on the board. The Madison College women's soccer team scored its first-ever win in program history Wednesday, blanking Harper College 3-0.

Once again, the team's lone sophomore, Elizabeth Conejo, was one of the stars of the show. Conejo led the WolfPack offense, scoring two unassisted goals. Her tallies came in the 41st and 66th minute.

Zoe Messing was responsible for the other Madison College mark, finding the back of the net in the 54th minute.

Meanwhile, Stephanie Myszkowski stopped all 11 shots she faced in net for Madison College. She's now accounted for 20 saves on the season.

"Collectively, these young women have developed at an incredible rate," said WolfPack head coach Tory Pomeroy. "They have survived the early season pain of training and injuries, and all have worked very hard to understand the tactical demands, and now they are coming together to support each other. This victory was a witness to their team strength."

The WolfPack outshot the Hawks 26-14 in the 90-minute affair, including putting three more balls on net.

Madison College (1-4-1, 1-3-0) will look to build off of their first win Friday, when they host Joliet Junior College at 4 p.m.
