When it comes to Madison College sophomore setter
Hannah Grahn, there's no bigger fan than her head coach
Toby Parker. Grahn showed why in the WolfPack's 3-1 win over Clarke University (Iowa) Tuesday night, dishing out 45 assists against the Crusaders.
On the receiving end of most of Grahn's assists was
Katlynn Wirag, as the sophomore outside hitter led the team's offense with 13 kills. Defensively,
Sydney Clarson and
Abbey Loken showed up to play as well. Clarson finished with 29 digs, while Loken had six blocks. Loken also led the team in service aces with three.
The final scoreboard read 25-19, 25-27, 25-20 and 25-18 in favor of the 'Pack. Madison College (17-2, 6-0) will now visit Joliet Junior College Thursday, Sept. 25 at 6 p.m. Earlier this season, the WolfPack swept the Wolves 3-0, winning by scores of 25-18, 25-10 and 25-15.
