Box Score Brandon Holz was close to unstoppable Saturday, scoring a season-best 30 points on 11-of-17 shooting. Unfortunately, as good as Holz was, Olive-Harvey College was a bit better, besting the WolfPack 108-83.
Defensively, Madison College had trouble containing the Panthers. Olive-Harvey, which shot the ball at a 63 percent clip for the game, saw six players score in double figures.
Outside of Holz, two other members of the WolfPack finished with double digits in points.
Griffin Eckhart and
Jeffrey Cole scored 14 and 11, respectively.
Ball security was an issue in the game for Madison College, with the WolfPack dishing out just nine assists to 17 turnovers. The Panthers were able to score 28 points off those WolfPack mistakes.
One bright spot for Madison College came on the glass. The 'Pack outrebounded the Panthers 44-32.
Madison College (1-4) will look to rebound Tuesday, Nov. 26 when they travel to Rochester Community & Technical College. Tipoff is set for 8 p.m.
