The winning streak continues for the Madison College women's volleyball team. The top ranked WolfPack have now won 11 straight matches, after back-to-back wins in Saturday's UW-Whitewater JV Invitational.
In their opening match, Madison College took out College of Lake County, an NJCAA Division II opponent, in straight sets.
Elizabeth Mahsem paved the way with 12 kills and
Hannah Grahn added 30 assists. The final scores were 25-13, 25-13, 25-19.
Shortly after their opening win, the WolfPack would then square off with UW-Whitewater JV. For the first time in 10 matches Madison College would drop a set. After losing the first 24-26, the 'Pack would rally back to win the next three, 25-20, 26-24, 25-18.
Once again
Elizabeth Mahsem would lead the team in kills with 13.
Hannah Grahn tallied 31 assists,
Danielle Crawford added seven blocks, and
Vanessa Clarson registered 22 digs.
With the pair of victories, Madison College improves to 24-3 overall, 10-0 in conference play. The WolfPack will host Joliet Junior College Tuesday, Oct. 15 at 6 p.m.
