The WolfPack netted another win on Tuesday night to extend their winning streak to five matches with a 3-1 home victory over the Joliet Junior College Wolves, 26-24, 22-25, 25-11, 25-21. The 'Packs undefeated set streak of 13 wins was snapped as Joliet won the second game of the match, but Madison College had the last laugh as they picked up the 3-1 match win to improve their overall record to 17-4 on the year. The #6 ranked WolfPack volleyball team also extended their home winning streak to four matches for a 6-1 record at the H. Douglas Redsten Gym, as well as improving to 8-2 in the N4C.
Freshman
Terissa Bierd once again led the team's offense as she recorded 15 kills and a team-high six service aces. Bierd also chipped in eight digs in the conference win.
Payton Klein finished with one less kill than Bierd with 14 and also chipped in a solo block and a block assist.
Alexis Semrow registered all of the team's assists and finished with 40 in aiding the offensive attack that saw the WolPack dominate the Wolves with 55 kills and 13 service aces.

Vanessa Clarson (15) paced the team in digs, while Klein led the team in blocks.
After four straight home games, the WolfPack finally hits the road tomorrow afternoon for a game with the Rock Valley College Golden Eagles in Rockford, IL. The #6 ranked WolfPack and the #2 ranked Golden Eagles from Rock Valley meet for the second time this year. Thursday's meeting starts at 6:00 PM.
