The WolfPack Men played tough and led most of the game against NJCAA DIvision II North Iowa Area Community College (NIACC). Down the stretch, the WolfPack faltered losing center
Garrett Borgrud to five fouls and turning the ball over 25 times. The turnovers and the loss of Borgrud proved costly as the WolfPack fell 77-73 to the visiting Trojans.
In the first half, the WolfPack overcame twelve turnovers by shooting the ball well. The WolfPack shot almost 47percent from the field and 50 percent from beyond the arc in the first half.

In the second half, Madison College built an eight point lead but committed 13 turnovers and went 0-5 from three and the visiting NIACC Trojans crept back in the game. With a few minutes left to go, Madison College second year center,
Garrett Borgrud was charged with his fifth foul and the WolfPack struggled to find their rhythm offensively. The Trojans took advantage of Borgrud being out and converted the 25 WolfPack turnovers into 25 points including outscoring the WolfPack 38-18 in the paint.

Darius Norris added 10 points and 9 rebounds. The 77-73 loss pushes the WolfPack Men's record to 1-7.
