The Madison College men lost their fifth straight game to a talented NJCAA Division I Highland Community College team, 71-42. Jordan Van Cleave was the only WolfPack player to reach double-figures with 10 points.
The WolfPack fell behind early as they shot just 26% from the field and were 0-for-4 from beyond the arc. Going into halftime they trailed 30-16. In the second half, they knocked down two three pointers and managed a percent point higher field goal percentage but 22 turnovers proved to be costly as the Cougars turned those turnovers into 22 points. The WolfPack fell 71-42.
Garrett Borgrud played 33 minutes and had 11 rebounds to go with his five points.
The WolfPack men are off for a week and a half before facing Olive Harvey Community College in Chicago, IL on Saturday, December 3 at 3:00 PM.
