WolfPack Men Blank Wilbur Wright in OT

The Madison College men held Wilbur Wright scoreless in overtime to defeat the Rams 69-63 in Chicago, IL Thursday night.

Madison College swept the season series against the Rams and improved to 5-5 in North Central Community College (N4C) play and 13-10 overall.

The WolfPack never trailed and led by as many as 25 points in the first half. They let the early lead slip away in the second half where they gave up 46 points to the Rams. The home team was able to comeback thanks to their 6-of-11 shooting from 3-point range in the second half and tie the game at 63-63. Madison College was the only team to put points on the board in overtime and held the Rams scoreless, forcing them into 0-for-9 shooting.

Bobby Komorowski (Germantown, WI, Germantown ) and Antowan Epps (Oconto, WI, Oconto ) didn't get much rest in the game as they each played over 42 productive minutes. Komorowski led the WolfPack with 19 points and 15 rebounds. The effort resulted in his fourth double-double of the season. Epps scored six points, dished out five assists and grabbed six rebounds.

The WolfPack host the Western Technical College Cavaliers on Feb. 6 at 2 p.m. in their final non-conference bout of the season. They defeated the Cavaliers 80-51 earlier this season.
