Ashley Biesterveld put in a huge performance for the WolfPack racking up 20 kills and 13 digs in a close three-set win for the WolfPack in Madison on Oct. 7. The WolfPack won all three sets 28-26, 25-21, 25-20.

Both setters, Kirsten Halma and Leah Monti, also had big days for the Wolfpack recording 23 and 17 assists respectively. The two have combined for 682 of the team's 754 assists this season. April Testman pitched in with two blocked shots and Skye Kapinus served up three aces for the WolfPack in the win.

The match marked the third time the WolfPack defeated the Hawks this season. After the Hawks took the first set in the first of three matches, the WolfPack responded by taking the next eight sets en route to winning all three matches against their conference opponent.

Next up for the No. 6 ranked WolfPack is a showdown in Madison on Oct. 12 at 6 p.m. against their biggest North Central Community College rival, Rock Valley College, who currently holds the No. 3 ranking in the country.
