The Madison College men's basketball team needed overtime to defeat Gogebic Community College 80-73 in the upper peninsula on Dec. 5 in their second game in as many days.
Defensively, the WolfPack limited the Samsons to just 3-12 shooting from the field in overtime. On the other side of the ball, the WolfPack shot a perfect 3-3 from the field and went 11-13 from the charity stripe in overtime to seal the victory.
Second-year standout from Germantown, WI, Bobby Komorowski, led the WolfPack with 22 points, nine rebounds and seven assists. Antowan Epps and Sam Wilkinson scored 16 and 10 respectively. In his much welcomed return after missing the previous game against UW-Marinette with an injury, Kort Frank provided the WolfPack with 17 points and nine rebounds.
