Hired in the spring of 2005, Toby Parker has amassed a 304-76 (.800) overall record. In his eleventh season as head women’s volleyball coach his team finished with an overall record of 30-5, winning a fourth consecutive North Central Community College Conference title, a third consecutive Region IV Championship, and advanced to the NJCAA DIII National Championships for the third consecutive season. Their third place finish marks the fourth top-three finish in the program’s history, all during Parker’s tenure. Parker was named the N4C Conference Coach of the Year for the fifth time and the Region IV Coach of the Year for the fourth time in the last seven seasons.

Parker came to Madison College with a wealth of coaching experience at both the high school and USA Volleyball Junior Olympic level. In the sixteen years prior to Madison College, he compiled a 187-120 (.609) record as a high school coach, as well as a 240-89 (.729) record at the Junior Olympic level. His athletes and teams achieved success at conference, state and national levels.
During his high school coaching career, Parker produced 34 high school all-conference players, six conference player-of-the-year award winners and sent over 30 of his former players on to compete at the collegiate level. Parker has also seen three of his former players become NCAA All-Americans. Parker founded the Performance Volleyball Club in 1998, which has established programs throughout Wisconsin.
Coach Parker is a former indoor Open club player and a professional outdoor beach player, competing on both the Eastern Volleyball Association tour as well as the Midwest Volleyball Professionals tour. Parker was born and raised in Madison, Wisconsin. He currently lives in Verona, Wisconsin, with his wife, Holly, their daughter, Grace and triplets, Emma, Chloe and Cody. In addition to coaching at Madison College, Parker is the owner/CEO of Performance Sports Group.
