Her versatility can be seen in the program's record book, where Genthe's name appears among the best in school history for kills, blocks, aces, and assists. Genthe's career numbers include a 57-10 record, 326 kills (.234), 789 assists, 302 digs, 102 blocks, and 74 aces. Madison College won conference and regional titles, and appeared in the NJCAA Division III National Tournament during Genthe's freshman season of 2015.

Genthe's coaching resume includes a pair of roles at the club level with former Madison College head coach Toby Parker and Wisconsin Performance Volleyball Club. She served as an assistant for the club's U18 team in 2016 before taking over the U14 team as head coach in 2017.

A native of Spring Green, Wisconsin, Genthe played high school volleyball, as well as basketball and softball, at River Valley HS. The 11-time letter winner was a three-time all-conference selection in volleyball and softball in the Southwest Wisconsin Conference.

A graduate of the Madison College Nursing Program, Genthe has worked as a Pediatric Nurse for the past eight months. She currently resides in Prairie du Sac, Wisconsin. Away from volleyball, Genthe enjoys outdoor activities like hiking, walking in the park, or being on the lake. Indoors she can be found watching re-runs of Freinds or Harry Potter movies.
