Ashley Davis is entering her fourth year as an assistant coach with the Madison College women's volleyball team under head coach Toby Parker. Prior to her arrival at Madison College for the 2012 season, Davis had seven years coaching experience for two club volleyball teams, the Oregon Acers from 2009 to 2012 and the Appleton Excel from 2004-2007. She currently coaches club volleyball for Wisconsin Performance in Verona, WI.

As a player, Davis was a three-year volleyball letter winner while attending Columbus East High School (IN). She was named Academic All-State Honorable Mention as a senior at East. Davis then moved on to play collegiately at Lawrence University in Appleton, WI from 2003-2006. Suiting up as a middle hitter, she finished her career ninth on the school's all-time hitting percentage list with a .196 average, and is fifth all-time in blocks with 232 for the NCAA DIII school that is a member of the Midwest Conference. Ashley graduated from Lawrence in 2007 with a degree in Mathematics.

Ashley has been a Managed Care Policy Analyst for the Department of Health Services for five and a half years. She currently resides in Sun Prairie.
