Minoldo brings a wealth of coaching experience to the inaugural WolfPack women's soccer staff. He has coached for eight previous clubs, including semi-pro teams Bognor Regis Town (UK) and AC Romano Virtus (Italy), as well as University College London and University of Chichester. Locally, he has coached the Madison 56ers U23 team, Waunakee High School and UW-Platteville.Â
A collegiate goalie overseas in 2000-01, Minoldo helped his team to a Division I championship at the age of 39.
Holding a Master's Degree in Physical Anthropology, along with Psychology of Sports & Exercise, his coaching philosophy is "Work hard, then harder."
Outside of coaching, Minoldo is a small business owner and writer. He has two daughters, Renata (28) and Megan (6).
