Lilly Dorman

Lilly Dorman is entering her second season as an assistant coach with the Madison College women's basketball team after coaching for the 2022-23 season. Lilly returns to the WolfPack, where she played for the 2019-20 season.

Lilly was a Second Team All-N4C and All-Region 4 selection after averaging 9.8 points, 6.2 rebounds, and 1.0 assist per game. She started and played all 28 games during the season, which included a Region 4 Division III Player of the Week accolade in early January after posting back-to-back double-doubles. Lilly served as a team captain during her lone season at Madison College. Prior to the WolfPack, Lilly competed at NJCAA Division III Hibbing Community College (MN), where she appeared in 27 games with 12 starts and averaged 4.7 points and 4.5 rebounds.

She graduated from Madison College with her associate's degrees in Pre-Professional Health and Nursing. Lilly will bring two years of coaching experience to the WolfPack, as she has been the JV2 head coach at her alma mater Madison East High School. During her prep days, she played basketball and volleyball, and earned three varsity letters.

Lilly's coaching career has included two stints as a varsity assistant and JV head coach at Madison East (2018-19 & 2024-25). Since 2023, Lilly has been the head coach of the Wisconsin Lady Starz Elite AAU 10U/11U squad, which won six championships in 2023 and went 25-3.

Lilly currently resides in Madison, Wisconsin, where she has also worked as a nurse for five years. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, baking, spending time with her dog and family, and loves to travel.
