Travis Meikle is entering his first season as the goalkeeper coach for the Madison College men's and women's soccer teams.
Meikle is in the early stages of his coaching career having worked as the volunteer goalkeeper coach for Monona Grove High School soccer programs since 2016, as well as part of the Kronser Keeper Academy staff in 2017.
Meikle played collegiate soccer at NCAA Division I UW-Green Bay, playing goalkeeper and occasional position player for the Phoenix from 2009-2011. He graduated in 2012 with a degree in Exercise Science and Business Administration. During his prep days, Meikle was a two-time All-Badger South Conference player for the Monona Grove Silver Eagles and earned honorable mention all-state accolades as a senior in 2007.
Off the pitch, Meikle works as a Global Trade & Logistics Specialist for Trek Bicycle. He also enjoys golfing, fishing, and playing volleyball.
