Sullivan Schwitters is entering his first season as an assistant coach for the Madison College men's soccer team after being hired in July 2022. Schwitters heads to the sidelines after playing the 2021 season for the WolfPack.
Schwitters saw action in a dozen matches and started eight, logging more than 700 minutes as goalkeeper. He finished with 27 saves and a .675 save percentage, while allowing 13 goals and recording a 1.66 goals against average. He also registered an assist during an 11-0 defeat of Milwaukee Area Technical College on September 18. Schwitters and the WolfPack posted a 10-3-2 record overall and were 6-1-1 in the N4C. Prior to Madison College, he was a member of the men's soccer team at NCAA Division III North Central College in Naperville, Illinois.
Schwitters was a three-sport athlete at Waunakee High School, and earned six varsity letters in soccer, basketball, and track & field. He was a second team all-conference selection in the Badger North Conference as a senior goalkeeper.
Schwitters' coaching experience includes numerous youth camps in Wisconsin and Illinois. After serving as a soccer and basketball coach for three years at X-Camps in Sun Prairie. He worked with high school athletes during the North Central College Advanced Camp in 2019, and has spent 2022 as a coach in the Sonic SC program, working with U9-10 players. Schwitters currently has a Grassroots Coaching License from USA Soccer Learning Center, and plans to coach a U11 team this fall.
He currently lives in Sun Prairie, Wisconsin, and is completing his academics at Madison College. Away from soccer, he enjoys wake boarding, basketball, and being with friends.
