Paul Schleinz is entering his first season as an assistant coach for the Madison College men's soccer program after being hired in July 2022.
Schleinz boasts more than a decade of coaching experience, including three years at the NCAA Division I collegiate level as an assistant with the UW-Green Bay men's and women's teams from 2015 to 2018. After a year as the director of coaching with the Kimberly Area Soccer Club, he became a staff coach in the Sun Prairie Soccer Club for three years from 2018 to 2022. In 2021, Schleinz became the Waunakee Area Soccer Club's Academy Director, and continues to work in that capacity.
He currently holds a USSF National C license, as well as various United Soccer Coaches certifications.
The Neenah, Wisconsin, native played soccer and hockey at Neenah High School, earning all-conference honors in both sports. Schleinz went on to UW-Oshkosh and earned a degree in Elementary Education & Teaching.
Schleinz currently resides in Madison, Wisconsin.
