Bobby Beaudet is entering his third season as assistant coach for the Madison College men's soccer team.
Beaudet moves off the pitch and to the sidelines after two years in a WolfPack uniform. A captain for two years, Beaudet helped guide Madison College to its first ever North Central Community College Conference championship in 2016. Beaudet started all but one of the 32 games he played in during his career, averaging 83-plus minutes of action a match. He tallied one goal - a free kick in a 9-0 win at Elgin Community College - and six assists.
Beaudet has been involved on the coaching side since 2009, serving in several different capacities for the alma mater, Madison East High School. He began as the Purgolders freshman boys coach before moving up to girls JV coach and a varsity assistant to both programs in 2011.
Beaudet graduated in 2004 from Madison East High School following a prep career in which he competed in soccer, hockey, and track & field, earning four varsity letters in the process.
Beaudet has earned his degree from Madison College in Respiratory Therapy.
