Gary “Big Dog” Breneman celebrates his 25th season as the MATC Baseball manager this season. He also manages the Men's Basketball Team. Gary, also known as "Big Dog" is a member of the Madison Area Technical College Athletic Hall of Fame, and was inducted in 1991.
Breneman was born on July 4, 1956. His parents are Glen and Arlette Breneman. In 1975, he graduated from Pardeeville High School. The following year he graduated from the Madison Area Technical College Food Service program.
“Big Dog”, as he is known by all athletes and friends of MATC athletics, is an avid MATC sports fan, his favorite movie is "Driving Miss Daisy," and has been a faithful friend to all WolfPack student-athletes and coaches.
