Gary “Big Dog” Breneman is in his 35th season as the MATC Baseball manager. He has also served as MATC men’s basketball manager for 34 years. “Big Dog” was inducted into the MATC Athletic Hall of Fame in 1991.
Gary was born in Dalton, WI on July 4, 1956. He graduated from Pardeeville High School in 1975. After high school, he attended Madison Area Technical College, graduating from the MATC Food Service program in 1976. Gary is an avid MATC sports fan and faithful friend to all WolfPack student-athletes and coaches.
In addition to serving as MATC Baseball and Basketball manager, you can see “Big Dog” in the MATC Cafeteria where he works in Food Service.
