Aaron “Bud” Larsen is in his first year as MATC assistant baseball coach.  Larsen returns to MATC after playing for the WolfPack during the 2001 and 2002 seasons. 

As an MATC pitcher he is ranked second all-time in career wins with an overall record of 13-3.  He pitched in 107 2/3 innings, ranking him fourth all-time and recorded an impressive career 3.26 ERA.  In his second season, he led the team in wins with a 6-2 record and 35 strikeouts.  Larsen was named the teams top pitcher and was also named to the WTCC all-conference and NJCAA Region XIII all-region teams.

Larsen was an all-conference and all-district baseball player for Tomah High School in which he graduated in 2000.  He has served as assistant coach for Tomah’s American Legion team.  He currently lives in Madison and is working towards completing his Recreation Management degree.
