Location / Parking
All games are played at the H. Douglas Redsten Gymnasium (3550 Anderson Street, Madison, WI 53704) on the Madison College Truax Campus.  Due to construction on campus please refer to the following map for directions... Truax Campus Construction Parking Map

Lodging

Quarter-Final Games
Since the first round of games will be held at the higher seed we are requesting that the home site college email the results, scores and box scores immediately following the contests to Jason Verhelst, Madison College Sports Information Director, at jverhelst@madisoncollege.org  This information is needed for posting on the tournament website.

Team Shootarounds
The following half an hour blocks of time have been reserved for tournament teams on Saturday morning.  If you plan on using the shootaround time please email Kris Mills (kmills@madisoncollege.org) to confirm. The team shootarounds are based on team seeds in the tournament

Athletic Training Services
Madison College will have a licensed athletic trainer, Mike Van Veghel (UW-Health Sports Medicine), available throughout the entire tournament. Training tables will be located behind the team bench area in the gymnasium.
Please bring your own training supplies.

Hospitality Room
There will be a hospitality room available to coaches, game management personnel and school administrators located in the Gourmet Dining Room (Room 120AB) just down hall from the Madison College Welcome Center. 

The hospitality room will be available throughout the tournament and you must have your pass to use it.

Host/Locker Room Assistance
Each school will be assigned a team host.  The host will greet you before your game, answer questions, and take care of you while you are at the college.  Bring your own locks for lockers or plan on bringing your bags into the gymnasium.  Madison College assumes no liability for lost or stolen items.  You will be able to access your space prior to your game, at halftime and for a maximum of ten minutes after the game.

Laundry Facilities
Laundry facilities are available upon request.

Statistics & Media
Madison College will provide a computerized statistics printout at halftime and after the conclusion of the game. Please refer your local media to our tournament website at… region4tournament.com  The tournament website will serve as their resource for scores, box scores, brackets, schedules and much more.  Box scores will be posted and brackets will be updated at the conclusion of every game.  Additionally, we are planning on stat casting every game live online.

Awards
An all-tournament team comprised of six players including the Most Valuable Player will be presented at the conclusion of each championship game on Sunday.

Additional Important Information
  • The higher seed will wear their home (white) uniform.
  • The higher seed will be the home team on the score board (unless the Madison College is playing).
  • The higher seed will sit to the right of the scorer’s table facing the court.
  • There will be a 20 minute warm-up period between the games.
  • Line-ups must be turned in to the official scorer 15 minutes prior to game time.
  • Game attire for all bench personnel other than uniformed players must be business casual and all players must be in uniform and/or in team warm-ups (per NJCAA Region rules).
  • 15 player limit
