In an effort to bring WolfPack staff and student-athletes, and the greater Madison College community, together, the Madison College Athletics Department is excited to announce its newest feature now available on MadisonCollegeAthletics.com: ONEPACK. ONEPACK is a unifying effort to provide valuable resources, engaging events, and an understanding of a greater world picture all in one spot. Within ONEPACK is a mission statement including objectives, a calendar of events geared primarily towards Madison College student-athletes, the department's DEI plan and monthly newsletter, and numerous links allowing members of the WolfPack to get involved, report a concern, and find help and belonging.

"Launching the ONEPACK page on our athletics website shows our athletic department's commitment to developing student-athletes holistically," states Jamal Palmer, the Student-Athlete Development, Success, & Equity Coordinator. "The ONEPACK and the Student Development page are areas where our student-athletes and supporters can view what we are doing presently, and in the future, while also providing valuable resources. We are also in the process of forming a ONEPACK Culture Council made up of a diverse group of student-athletes that will have a voice in athletics."

Along with the ONEPACK, student-athletes and staff can find additional resources on the Student Development page under the Inside Athletics navigation menu. It contains information regarding academic advising, study halls, volunteer opportunities, awareness month information, and Champions of Change, an initiative created by Palmer prior to the 2022-23 academic year to encourage teams to "compete" with each other through community service, academics, and personal and career development opportunities.

"I am thrilled that we were able to launch the new ONEPACK section of the Madison College Athletics website," commented Director of Athletics Jason Verhelst. "This section highlights the many valuable opportunities and resources that are available to our Madison College student-athletes. I look forward to the continued growth of this section of our site in the years to come."

Additionally, the department unveiled a new ONEPACK logo in which each different color letter represents a different quality or characteristic exemplified by members of the WolfPack:

Blue - Compassion
Green - Growth
Violet - Passion
Black - Strength & Unity
Yellow - Glory
Orange - Joy & Success
Grey - Humility
