A little over two weeks ago, the Madison College men's soccer team beat Rock Valley College 1-0 at home. Unfortunately, Friday, the Golden Eagles returned the favor, knocking off the WolfPack 1-0.

Following the first half, which saw neither team score a goal, Alejandro Mandujano netted the game-winner in the 58th minute for Rock Valley. Madison College dropped the contest despite outshooting the Golden Eagles 10-8, including putting three more balls on net. Thomas Sheahan made three saves for the WolfPack in the loss.

Harper College is next up for Madison, Wednesday, Oct. 1 at 4 p.m. The two teams met earlier this season, in Madison, with the WolfPack securing a 2-1 victory. Mikel Appiah and Yacouba Koita scored the goals for Madison College in that victory.
