Brooke Gilbertson led the way for the top-ranked Madison College volleyball team Tuesday evening, finishing with 17 kills in a 3-1 win over McHenry County College. With the win, the WolfPack remains undefeated on the year.

The 'Pack opened strong against the Scots, taking the first set 25-16. However, in the second, McHenry County would make things difficult for Madison, stealing a 28-26 win. Never a team to fold under pressure, the WolfPack would go on to win the next two sets by scores of 25-19 and 25-14.

Gilbertson was far from the only star for Madison College in Tuesday's win. Hannah Grahn tallied 31 assists, while Sydney Clarson picked up 26 digs. Chandler Carlson also came through with three blocks.

Thursday, Madison College will compete in their home opener, when they host Joliet Junior College at 6 p.m. The WolfPack won both of their meetings with the Wolves a year ago.
