The Madison College soccer team is in need of a win. Sunday, hosting eighth ranked Anoka-Ramsey Community College, the WolfPack dropped their fourth consecutive contest, falling to the Rams by the final score of 3-0.
Madison College played Anoka-Ramsey tough for the first 45 minutes, as the score remained even at zero going into halftime. However, the Rams would turn up the heat in the second stanza. Back-to-back goals by Marcelo Torrealba in the 56th and 63rd minute would put Anoka-Ramsey up 2-0, and Adam Creaney would finish off the scoring in the 78th minute.
Try though they might, the WolfPack was outshot 23-1 in the game. Goalkeeper
Juan Martinez-Perez made 10 saves in the contest.
Madison College (3-6, 3-2) will try to snap their four-game losing streak Wednesday, Oct. 2 when they visit North Central Community College Conference (N4C) foe Harper College. Earlier this season, the WolfPack beat the Hawks 3-2.
